  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Heat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat in 15 to 30-second intervals until almost completely melted.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight until firm.
  • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
