Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Fresh Salmon Fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 wedge Fresh Lemo

Instructions

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and cut into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, drizzle olive oil over the salmon cubes. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the spice mix over the salmon and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about three minutes.
  • Place the seasoned salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  • Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 7 to 9 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check for doneness; the salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork. Remove immediately to prevent overcooking.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.

Notes

Ensure the salmon is very dry before seasoning for optimal crispiness. Use an oil mister for even oil distribution. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
