  • 1 tsp grated ginger don't peel if in a rush
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar with 'the mother' for max health benefits
  • 1 sprig fresh mint optional, or a few slices of cucumber
  • a pinch unit sea salt balances flavors

Optional

  • 1/2 cup cooled yerba mate or green tea substitute for cold water

Preparation

  • Grab your favorite glass or mason jar and toss in the lemon juice.
  • Add the grated ginger and apple cider vinegar.
  • Drop in mint or cucumber if desired.
  • Pour in cold water (or cooled tea depending on mood).
  • Stir quickly and sprinkle in a pinch of salt.
  • Add ice cubes and enjoy through a straw for a fancier experience.

Notes

This drink can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to two days. Always shake before serving as ginger settles. Perfect for hydration and curbing cravings.
