Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces ziti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
  • Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  • Combine chicken, broccoli, and ziti in the skillet. Add reserved pasta water and Parmesan cheese, mixing well. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan and fresh herbs.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice before cooking. You can customize the dish with additional vegetables or sauces.
