Ingredients
  

  • Burrata cheese
  • Ripe tomatoes (heirloom, Roma, or cherry)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze or vinegar
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the tomatoes under cool running water and slice them into even rounds or halve them if using cherry tomatoes.
  • Remove the burrata from its packaging and let it come to room temperature.
  • On a serving plate, arrange the sliced tomatoes in a circular pattern and tuck fresh basil leaves between them.
  • Place the burrata in the center or to one side of the tomatoes.
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze or vinegar, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
