  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, being careful not to let it brown.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
