Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Granny Smith Apples
  • 2 large Honeycrisp or Fuji Apples
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Honey Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the apples thoroughly and slice them into thin wedges, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Toss the apple slices in a large bowl with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Arrange the apple slices on a large serving platter in a single or slightly overlapping layer.
  • Warm the caramel sauce in a microwave-safe bowl for 15-20 seconds until pourable.
  • Drizzle the warm caramel generously over the apple slices, followed by melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts and mini marshmallows over the top while the caramel is still warm.
  • Finish with a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately after assembly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
