Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicke
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package gyoza wrappers
  • Water for sealing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cabbage, scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  • Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper, moisten the edges with water, fold, and seal tightly.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and arrange gyoza flat side down.
  • Cook until the bottoms are golden brown, add water, cover, and steam until cooked through.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the wrappers to ensure they seal properly. Experiment with different fillings and dipping sauces for variety.
