  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup flour (or gluten-free alternative)

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create cutlets and pound them to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then dredge in flour.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  • Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add lemon juice, white wine, and chicken broth to the skillet, bringing it to a simmer.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat gently to maintain texture.
