  • 2 ounces white chocolate (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash strawberries under cold water and dry completely.
  • Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, swirling to cover three-quarters of the berry.
  • Let excess chocolate drip off and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • If using white chocolate, drizzle it over the dipped strawberries after the base layer has set slightly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to harden the chocolate.
