Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 family-sized bag of Doritos (Nacho Cheese is a classic choice)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces each)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
Instructions
- If not using pre-cooked chicken, boil or bake boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs until fully cooked. Shred or dice the meat.
- Gently crush the Doritos inside the bag or in a bowl to create bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and preferred seasonings. Stir until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Spread a layer of crushed Doritos evenly across the bottom of the dish.
