  • 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef (90/10) or Turkey
  • 12-16 Hard Corn Shells & Soft Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder
  • 3 cups Shredded Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 large Diced Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro and 2 Lime Wedges
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 can (15 oz) Black Beans or Pinto Beans (rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup Low-Sodium Beef or Vegetable Broth

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Toppings: Wash and chop all vegetables, placing each in individual serving bowls.
  • Brown the Protein: In a skillet, cook the lean ground beef or turkey until no longer pink, draining excess fat.
  • Season and Simmer: Add spices and broth to the meat, simmering for 5-7 minutes.
  • Heat the Beans: Warm the rinsed black beans in a small pot with a splash of water.
  • Warm the Shells: Microwave tortillas or warm hard shells in the oven.
  • Assemble the Bar: Arrange bowls on the table starting with shells, then meat, beans, cheese, and toppings.

Notes
