Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups certified gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup seeds (sunflower, chia, pumpkin)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamo

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, mix honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the oats and stir well.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent burning.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool. Add dried fruits and mix.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

To elevate the flavor, try adding coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, or spices for an extra burst of taste!
