Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned Tuna, packed in water, drained well
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Celery, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Red Onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped finely
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 8 to 10 large leaves Bibb or Romaine Lettuce
  • Optional: Everything Bagel Seasoning for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and flake it into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice to the bowl and stir until well-coated.
  • Fold in the diced celery, minced red onion, and fresh dill. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Prepare the lettuce leaves by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry.
  • Lay a lettuce leaf flat on a plate and scoop 2-3 tablespoons of the tuna mixture into the center of each leaf.
  • Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Chill tuna cans before opening for a refreshing salad. Use uniform vegetable pieces for even bites. Store tuna mixture and lettuce leaves separately to maintain crispness.
