Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli florets
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional seasonings (garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, smoked paprika, onion powder, herbs)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with oil.
  • Place the frozen broccoli florets on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  • Optional: Add Parmesan cheese or lemon zest during the last 3-5 minutes of roasting.

Notes

Ensure the broccoli is spread out in a single layer to avoid sogginess. Roast directly from frozen for the best texture.
