  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Plain Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil Spray as needed

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and cut into uniform 1-inch pieces.
  • Set Up the Dredging Station: Prepare three shallow bowls with flour mixture, egg wash, and breadcrumb mixture.

  • Prepare for Cooking: Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a wire rack over a baking sheet.
  • Bake the Nuggets: Arrange nuggets on the rack, spray with olive oil, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Use one hand for dry ingredients and one for wet to keep the process clean. Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
