Ingredients
  

  • Balsamic vinaigrette, lemon tahini, or Greek dressing
  • Carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, or chickpeas
  • Quinoa, farro, grilled chicken, or tofu cubes
  • Cherry tomatoes, berries, corn, or peas
  • Sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, or walnuts
  • Spinach, kale, arugula, or chopped romaine

Instructions
 

  • Select a wide-mouth quart-sized Mason jar.
  • Pour two to three tablespoons of your favorite dressing into the bottom of the jar.
  • Add your hardest vegetables as the next layer.
  • Add your grains or proteins on top of the hard vegetables.
  • Add your softer vegetables and fruits next.
  • Fill the remaining space with leafy greens, packing them tightly but gently.
  • Twist the lid on tightly and store upright in the refrigerator.

Notes

Ensure greens are completely dry before layering. Store jars upright to maintain freshness.
