  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn, canned or fresh
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup creamy dressing (mayonnaise or yogurt-based)
  • Spices (cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt)
  • Tortilla strips for topping

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken with spices and cook until fully cooked, then shred or dice.
