Ingredients
  

  • 1 standard package (approx. 14.3 oz) Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz (1 brick) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 12 oz Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Crush 36 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Transfer the cookie crumbs to a mixing bowl and add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until uniform and no white streaks remain.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
  • Add toppings if desired before the chocolate hardens.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth incorporation. Keep the truffles refrigerated and allow them to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
