Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz each) Salmon Fillets
  • 1/3 cup Raw Honey
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 large bunch Asparagus or Broccoli
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Set aside a small amount of the glaze for drizzling later.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the center of the prepared baking sheet and arrange the vegetables around the sides. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  • Coat each salmon fillet generously with the honey garlic mixture.
  • Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Turn the oven to broil for the last 2 minutes to caramelize the glaze. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the fish before serving.

Notes

Always pat salmon dry before adding glaze. Use fresh garlic for better flavor. Let salmon rest for 3-5 minutes after baking.
