Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 large dill pickles, firm and crunchy
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12-16 slices of salami, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Drain pickles thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped dill, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Slice each pickle lengthwise into quarters.
  • Lay a slice of salami flat, spread about a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on it, place a pickle spear at one end, and roll tightly.
  • Repeat until all rolls are assembled, then slice each roll in half for bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easy spreading. Choose firm pickles for best results. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
