Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Aged White Cheddar
  • 3 oz Creamy Brie
  • 4-6 slices Prosciutto
  • 4-6 slices Italian Salami
  • 1 cup Red Grapes
  • 1 cup Sliced Honeycrisp Apple
  • 1 cup English Cucumber
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 large handful Whole Grain Crackers
  • 1 large handful Salted Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Hummus
  • 2 tbsp Wildflower Honey
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives or Cornichons

Instructions
 

  • Select a large wooden board or two large dinner plates.
  • Place small bowls for hummus, olives, and honey on the board.
  • Position cheeses on opposite sides of the board.
  • Fold prosciutto into ribbons and roll salami into cones, placing them near the cheeses.
  • Arrange grapes in clusters and fan out apple slices, placing cucumbers and carrots in gaps.
  • Fill remaining spaces with crackers and almonds.
  • Drizzle honey over Brie and sprinkle black pepper over hummus before serving.

Notes
