Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large (10-inch) Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 lb Deli Turkey Breast, thinly sliced, low sodium preferred
  • 8 oz Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced very small
  • 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach, chopped slightly
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened light cream cheese, garlic powder, and dried dill. Whip until smooth.
  • Fold in the finely diced red bell peppers, sliced green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  • Place tortillas on a clean flat surface. Microwave for 10 seconds if stiff.
  • Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, reaching the edges.
  • Lay turkey slices over the cream cheese, then top with chopped baby spinach.
  • Starting from the bottom edge, roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring no air pockets.
  • Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Remove plastic wrap, slice the ends off each roll, then cut into one-inch thick slices.

Notes

To prevent sogginess, avoid high-moisture ingredients and ensure vegetables are dry. Use a serrated knife for slicing.
