  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crushed strawberry-flavored cereal
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamo
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Combine the crushed cereal, sugar, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry each tortilla until golden and crispy, about 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels and immediately coat with the cereal mixture.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Fill each fried tortilla with the cheesecake mixture and top with diced strawberries. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
